The Ask

What began as a request for a simple Ken Burns-style video quickly evolved into something more ambitious. The goal: bring Lord Abbett’s founding story to life in a way that not only informed but deeply resonated with employees—bridging historical reverence with modern storytelling.

The Outcome

We reimagined the firm’s origin as a legacy film—introspective and immersive. Rather than simply recounting events, Forged in Fire invites viewers to experience the mindset of the firm’s founders, placing them in the room, at the moment, when conviction was forged into something enduring.
